The staff helped me find a car service on my first visit. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant, lift. It's perfect for my romantic escapes. I keep coming back!

The staff went out of their way to take care of my every needs; yet it seemed to be 2nd nature with them. It came naturally, they didn't have to try, it just happened.

. Good location and very easy to access bus to the OLd City. Good for shopping and eating out. Area had good feeling about it.
The airconditioning didn't work and they promised to fix after the first night. Nothing happened and they promised to do it the next day. This was never going to happen as they had holidays. It would have been better to just tell us they couldn't fix it and give us another room. Finally we shifted room. We had two days with the Exodus tour then had a day extra booked thru you. It would have happened who ever we booked thru. The tap in the bathroom didn't turn off by the conventional method so ended up with a flooded floor. It was difficult to get the water to stop. This needs attention. The bedside light didn't work. Otherwise not bad. When we changed room we didn't get a prk view even tho we were told we had one!!!!!

Nice hotel in a cute district of Dubrovnik. The surroundings are nice, there are lots of restaurants and shops. The beach is near. There are bus connections to the center of Dubrovnik (20 mins travel time) until late in the night.
Internet is not free.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sumratin for a week as a base to explore the area. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and the bus stop for visiting the city. The secure parking was a bonus. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The breakfast was abundant, with a good variety and great coffee. The hotel's proximity to the sunset beach and easy connection to the Old Town via bus made it an excellent choice.
Would recommend this hotel for its convenient location, helpful staff, and good value breakfast.

The best part of the hotel was the staff, all super friendly and helpful.
A bit over priced, but Dubrovnik is an expensive place to stay in general.

I enjoyed this hotel. Nice room and friendly service even tho it was quite a big establishment. Bit of a confusion about which room I booked but cleared up quickly. Situated in a tourist area near a beach with plenty of choice of restaurants. Good bus service into the old city - 5 kms.
Nothing to do with the hotel but the pounding of a nearby disco was very disturbing until late, plus the ambient noise of punters.Bed linen - a little bit small for the bed size meaning that woke up cold with aircond.

Situated on a pleasant pedestrianised road with lots of bars and cafes nearby. About 10 mins by local bus to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable although in need of a bit of an update. Godd continental breakfast with a few hot items available. e.g. eggs and sausages.
The hotel has nowhere to sit outside. The area in its grounds which contains tables and chairs has been sold to another company who will only let you sit there if you buy meals. There was no plug in the sink. When we queried this we were told that none of the sinks have plugs!

Very good location of the hotel, close to the main tourist road in the area Babin Kuk, three kilometer to the old city. Its 2 minute walk to bus station. Nice hotel room and good breakfast included. Happy to watch Eurovision song contest final on the tv in the hotel lobby.
Very bad exchange course from Euro to Kuna. Could Booked.net help so its possible to see in the booking confirmation e-mail how much its going to cost in local currency? When booking its not possible to see the price in the local currency Croatian Kuna. It only says the currency in Euro. When we paid in local currency we lost 8 Euro because of bad exchange rate. Croatia is not a Euro country and as a customer you want to know how much its gonna cost in the local currency otherwise you are getting an extremely bad exchange rate. Its a good hotel and we wanna stay there again, but next time please give a better exhange rate.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the pedestrian promenade and close to Sunset Beach. It was great having bars and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. the bus stop to the old city was just a few steps away, making it easy to explore. the hotel offered private free parking, which was a bonus for those traveling by car.
The room could have had more plugs, as we had to ask for a power bar. It would have been better if the room had enough outlets to accommodate all our electronic devices without needing an extra adapter.

it was quiet and convenient for both beach and old town with good links by public transport to all parts of the city.
The hotel is a bit shabby despite the new carpets and needs refurbishment but it served its purpose. A good bathroom too that would benefit too from upgrading.

Good location esp for beach and islands. Lots of nice eating places at door. Close to bus stop to old town etc
One grumpy receptionist - she was not happy with our lack of german understanding.. but one other was very helpful (younger girl). Internet available but needs updating esp as it is a pay one.
